Good
Adoption of Clochette which went well, very well received and informed. thank you to everyone and to the volunteers. First night and day at our house it's cat love. I recommend this establishment to adopt a four-legged companion
Spa
I have a lot of admiration for the people who work here and take care of these poor animals who have had no luck in their lives.
Unfortunately, I adopted my dog from this shelter so he could get a second chance. And after two years (and still with us): the electronic chip is still identified in the dog's former owner despite several reminders from me.
Very good experience! I was very well received, I was able to take my time with the cats in order to find the perfect life companion
I recommend this shelter
Being responsible for this “lightning” adoption, I still want things to be clear and the truth to be told. We came to see Pakita for the first time and had our dog meet her at your home. By the way, we have 350km to get to your shelter so our decision to take a dog was well thought out. I called to hear from Pakita following her operation where I had a very bad telephone experience with one of your employees. We picked up Pakita at home and had high hopes for her, but unfortunately it went very, very badly and she attacked and I'm weighing my words our dog has bled 5 times. We decided to separate them and put them in different rooms and when I wanted to take Pakita to put the leash on her she bit me too. Let's be clear with everyone, this dog is not to be put in any hands. As I was able to talk about it at length with you during our first visit, I have a 2 year old daughter and I do not want anything to happen to her due to bad behavior from the dog in question. So yes it was lightning because I am sufficiently aware of the danger. Allowing yourself to put this kind of publication puts us at odds while you are incapable of informing anything about your dogs present in the shelter. No information, telling me that we have 45 days to reverse course without even saying that there is no refund possible. Once on the phone to ask for my money because yes I paid €320 for this dog to be taken care of and have the care she needed, including sterilization. And offer me a credit, almost force me to adopt a dog just to please you? Where is our money really going? If you wish, I will adopt any animal just to be financially secure?! Honestly it's shameful, this establishment should be avoided and the staff would do well to question themselves. You are there to defend the animal cause, not make a bunch of money off their backs when they haven't asked anyone for anything. You are truly a disgrace, and what nerve to allow this to yourself.
Deplorable welcome, not even a hello, no support, the cat boxes are dirty, we really feel like we are disturbing... Next time we will return to the Tilloy-les-Mofflaines shelter where we are accompanied for the adoption and welcomed 😊 …
Very warm welcome both for the animals and for us. Always very good advice+++++ I regularly boarded my cat for a few days for years: very satisfied. Very attentive staff. They are few and really have a lot of courage!!!!!!! Do not hesitate to help them, animals and staff in great need++++
Hello everyone,
I have just returned from SAPAD and it is with bitterness that I write my opinion. Having adopted 3 cats in this establishment, I regularly return to drop off food, blankets, litter, etc. I also adopted my dog from a shelter and saved a cat found on the road from certain death, I had to have it amputated 'a paw when he wasn't mine, he is doing very well today and is part of the family. I am convinced that adoption is the best way to acquire an animal, which is why I went to this establishment today.
My mother lost her 14-year-old dog last year, and wants to welcome another one. So I came to explain that after buying her dogs from breeding she finally changed her outlook after my numerous comments to convince her to adopt from the SPA. The only problem is that she would like to adopt a puppy of no particular breed and of small size. So I came to leave my contact details in case one day the opportunity presented itself. My daughter and I were judged, humiliated, almost insulted as soon as I said the word “puppy”. So I couldn't explain my motivations, I received a harsh moral lesson and it was explained to me in a tone that I didn't appreciate that my mother must have been too close to senility to take care of of a puppy. Result, I left, I will explain to my mother that no puppy seems to have the sad disappointment of landing in a shelter.
I will also drop off my donations at another shelter, where I hope I will be treated with more consideration and respect.
Very unfortunate for the animals up there but I think that this shelter is literally worth fleeing. Very poor reception, zero important information to give, in fact if you want to adopt from them you will be forced to try them at home but obviously if it goes badly then you will lose your money. Afterwards, if you really can adopt any other animals with the credit that they will offer you, like an animal and an animal for them. Go there for a dog you can if it's not probably going to leave with a pig 🤷🏼♀️ and to top it all off it allows you to release a Facebook publication on you more than shameful and pathetic for people who have nothing to do with it do with their animals and who thinks of the money made on their backs. In conclusion, if you want to bring an animal back to them, wait until a tragedy happens at your home and then maybe they will be understanding.
There were two of us who adopted so if having our two opinions poses a problem to you, believe me although I don't care and everyone has the right to be aware of your way of being and your system of proceeding. , respond, and show people.
